This wine is a lovely pink/gold in the glass. Its a co-ferment of a whole lot of red and white grapes that don't sound like they should go together but work in perfect harmony. Dry, complex and with plenty of fruit as well as some honey notes this is a great food wine. Pair it with something decently spicey and you will be surprised how well it stands up.
