This complex sparkling has lovely fresh strawberries quickly followed by the bready flavours of hazelnut and brioche. Beautiful fine bead and a great weight on the palate means this is the perfect wine to really savour. Made by the first Maori owned vineyard in the world and with winemaking that has deep respect for the whenua and for wine making tradition. The Rewa couldnt come from anywhere else except 'the Awatere Valley but it retains its links to classic French method.
